Welcome to this spacious five-bedroom home that can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests. It is fully equipped with a full modern kitchen, comfortable living room, dining room, and game room. Enjoy the open-air indoor pool, sit comfortably on the patio while catching sun rays and grilling on the barbeque grill. Stay connected with WIFI throughout the house. There are flat-screen TVs in the living room and all the bedrooms. Come and enjoy this getaway paradise.
House Rules
- NO PARTIES - NO Smoking - Please do not keep any food in the bedrooms to avoid pest infestation - Please close and lock all doors and windows when you leave the house. - No pets allowed. - No disruptive or inappropriate behavior is allowed in the community and on the premises. - It is prohibited by the HOA to park on the streets from 12:00 AM to 6:00PM. A two-parking space Driveway is available for guests to park. Guests are also prohibited from blocking the sidewalk when they park in the driveway. - Any damage to the property during the guests stay will be their financial responsibility. - We do not accept liability for injury due to the use of the swimming pool. It is requested that an adult supervises the children at all times. For children's safety, we have in place a pool gate and an alarm installed at the sliding entrance and exit to the swimming pool.
